  • Target Acquisition Size to $1,000,000 – $25,000,000
  • Target LTV: 70% to 80%
  • Target Annualized Cash on Cash Return: > 10%
  • Any single or multi-tenant net leased property (commercial, industrial, retail, medical office or mixed-use)
  • Structured sale leasebacks
  • Industrial or multi-family development opportunities
