Bennington, VT In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Legacy Automotive Capital LLC has acquired 527 North Bennington Rd., in a $10 million structured corporate sale-leaseback. Legacy Automotive Capital acquired the 20,219 s/f property that will continue to house Lundgren Subaru of Bennington through the leaseback portion of the transaction.

A developer is proposing a 218-unit residential building for a block at 225 Shrewsbury St. and 68 Albany St. The seven-story building will be behind the current shopping plaza at the site.

The property on the corner of 385 Grove St. and 5 Chadwick St. was sold for $7.85 million to Lundgren Equity Partners LLC, a private firm based out of Auburn, according to the Worcester County Registry of Deeds.

CBRE announced it has completed a sale leaseback of two auto dealerships in Auburn and Greenfield, MA on behalf of Lundgren Honda, a family owned and operated Honda dealership for over 50 years in the Massachusetts area.

The former location of Shaw’s Supermarket, in the plaza at 70 Worcester Road, and retail space at the strip mall at 84 Worcester Road, have been sold to Lundgren Equity Partners for $5,325,000 by Webster Market Realty, LLC. The former Shaw’s location accounted for $3.400,000 of the sale.

James Glickman, Nolan Ryan and Cody Miner of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs recently represented the buyer, Lundgren Equity Partners, in the purchase of the 50,641 sf manufacturing building at 1275 Park East Drive in Woonsocket, RI.
